and I want use SLI (multi-GPU) in Nvidia.

Can I use SLI in S2600CWR?

In regards to your question, as this particular external video card configuration is more oriented towards gaming performance, Intel® Server Boards don't support dual video bridging via NVIDIA SLI* technology.
