Change Boot Screen on Intel Server boards

Hi ... I have Qty 14 servers here with the S5520HCT serverboard .... and I would like to change the bootscreen to our company logo ... and I have looked near and far for some instructions how to do that without any luck. Anybody here knows how to do that?... many thanks in advance
