Hello hsuzuki,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
Base on your inquiry, we see that you wish to know if the following CPU's use multi chip configuration.
INT Xeon-G 6430(2.1GHz/32c)
INT Xeon-G 6530(2.1GHz/32c)
INT Xeon-G 6548Y+(2.5GHz/32c)
We see that Xeon-G 6430 is a 4th generation processor and Xeon-G 6530 and Xeon-G 6548Y+ are 5th generation processors.
The 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors (formerly codenamed Sapphire Rapids) and the 5th Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors (formerly codenamed Emerald Rapids) utilize different architectures.
For example, the 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors based on the Sapphire Rapids architecture utilize a multi-tile (multi-chip) approach. This is to keep up with the core count and performance demands of modern data centers and high-performance computing applications.
Where as the 5th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors are single-die package processors for Medium Core Count (MCC) and Low Core Count (LCC) SKUs, or multi-chip modules for Extreme Core Count (XCC) SKUs.
You can refer the below article to known more information regarding this.
I hope this is helpful.
Thank you for using Intel products and services.
Best Regards,
Sachin KS
