Complete solution to S1200SP no video/output

^ This article describes the solution but leaves out an important detail:

you need to plug a FOUR-PIN (PWM) FAN into SYS_FAN_4. A THREE-PIN FAN (non-PWM) will not work!

Sharing to hopefully save other people some time and pain. I wanted to email intel and ask them to update this document but apparently I can't.
