Empty SDR Repository

Hi, I was trying to add an IPMI sensor and cleared the SDR Repository. Unfortunately I've lost my backups, so my SDR is empty and I don't have the dump file. Is there a way to recover all that info? My server board is an Intel S1200V3RPM.

You should be able to down load the most recent System Update Package https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24418&lang=eng&ProdId=3703 Intel® Download Center

and reflash the FRUSDR
