Help with Intel AMT pop-up

Dear sir/madam,

I just bought hp 2510p & admitting that I'm quite illiterate on computer stuff, I'm not sure what to do with this issue. Everytime I trun on the laptop, a pop up indicating that Intel AMT is disabled. To enable it contact admin support... well I have questions:

1. do i need to enable it?

2. who is the admin support as I am the owner of the laptop?

3. what do I do now to escape from the pop up bugging me?
