Help with SS4200-e

I have a ss4200-e, and it became unresponsive. After a lot of troubleshooting i found out the dom had crashed and I could not even boot.

I purchased a new dom but cannot get it to work as intel took this file down which is required to rebuild the DOM.

I am badly in need of this file and anyone to help me out and post this file.
