Intel MPI Libraries CPU Support

According to this link, only Intel® Core™ processor family and Intel® Xeon® Scalable processor family support Intel MPI libraries in particular.

Does this mean that all other Intel families will not utilize the MPI libraries?

Can you confirm whether Intel® Xeon® W Processor Series and Intel® Xeon® CPU Max Series support MPI libraries?

Hi A_Lev,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Upon checking on this, the Intel MPI Library only supports systems as below:

Intel® Core™ processor family or higher

Intel® Xeon® Scalable processor family

Intel® Xeon® 6 processor family

Hope this clarifies.
