i plan to use the IMS V2 for a Hyper-V 2008R2 Cluster.

Does the IMS have a Hardware VSS Provider for Backup Cluster Shared Volumes with Data Protection Manager 2010 ?

You need to buy the Shared LUN key for that.

so the Shared-LUN Key comes with an installable Hardware-VSS Snapshot Provider for Hyper-V R2 ?

I already have the Shared LUNK key. But when the Backup is running on the Hyper-V Host,

the CSV are in "Redirected Access, Backup" Mode.

No hardware vss for the modular server it looks like. Need to plan your network to handle the Redirected access im afraid.
