Intel Modular Server NTP is not synchronized

We have a MFSYS25V2 Chassi with firmware 11.5 and three compute modules. The servers running on the IMS Virtualization Manager.

It was configured a NTP time server.

The NTP time will not be accepted by each server. Not even for a boat. The times are on the servers always one hour behind than on the CMM.

Does anyone know the problem?

Does the NTP synchronization ever work? If so, has anything change since you noticed this issue?

The NTP synchronization has only worked when we entered an IP address instead of the server name for the NTP server. But we had to "boot" the computemodule. After that, it did no longer work. After that all windows server have one hour time difference to the NTP and this will not change.

Let me check if we have had similar reports in the past about this. I will post back with any update as soon as possible.
