Intel Server Board S3000AH dont boot

I have a Intel S3000 Server Board, but don't boot, when I power on, only the four diagnostic led active the ambar tone, and stop there.

 

A.   A.    A.    A.

 

Not more actions.

 

When I press the power button for some sec, the system shutdown normally.
