Hi everyone.

I want to build to build a squid proxy and samba server with minimal cost. Does Intel S1200SPS support non-Ecc memory and Pentium G4400 or Core i3-6100 processor.

To answer your question, the S1200SPS does not support non ECC memory or the processors families you mentioned before.
