Internal server error

I am getting an error whenever I am starting my jupyter server as "500: Internal server eror,Spawner failed to start (Status=1)"

Thanks for reaching out to us.

This issue is related to the recent upgrade to the new Parallel Studio. Please remove the following line from your ~/.bash_profile line by connecting through ssh:

source /glob/development-tools/parallel-studio/impi/2018.3.222/bin64/mpivars.sh

And then replace it with:

source /glob/development-tools/parallel-studio/compilers_and_libraries/linux/mpi/bin64/mpivars.sh

This should resolve the Jupyter Notebook issue.
