Is it possible to use the S1200BTL motherboard with SC5650 Server chasis

Will the Intel S1200BTL motherboard physically work with the Intel SC5650 Server chasis? The recommended chasis for the S1200BTL does not have a redundant PSU and only four drive slots. Is there any downside to using the S1200BTL with the SC5650?

Several downsides - it may not match the standoffs, the power supply may not be sufficient for continuous use, and the thermal requirements may be off.
