Management software for Intel(R) C612 RAID chipset

Hi I have a newly installed Win 2019 server with a Intel RAID chipset

IRST 14.8 says it's not compatible, previous version on server 2012R2 was 10.0

Can someone please direct me to the management software for this hardware now.

Could you please tell the exact model of your board so we can point you to the correct chipset driver download from the downloadcenter.intel.com

If this is a 3rd party C600 chipset based board then you probably want to check with the OEM website for the available downloads.

As iRST 14.x doesn't work I highly doubt 16.x will work.

Is there an older versions page somewhere where I can get iRST 10 legitimately?

Hello Frosty,

Unfortunately the oldest version available is Version: 14.8.16.1063. What happens is that earliest to this were removed to prevent vulnerability issues. I don't think there is a way to get an older version at least from the Intel downloadcenter though.

I've managed to find version 12 from a 3rd party source, which works with the device.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't have any luck finding any earlier version. Besides that currently on Intel server systems we use the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise RSTe which is a completely different software.
