Moving a Raid 5 array from ICH10R to a "proper" RAID Controller

Hi all - inherited this nasty peice of work and wondering if anyone on here can assist?

Is it at all possible to move/migrate an exting ICH10R RAID5 array to a "proper" RAID Controller?

RAID controller is yet to be selected so if their is a supported route I will be quite happy to follow that.

Minimum downtime is the most important goal (along with an improvement in performance afterwards of course!)

Is there an Intel RAID controller smart enough to recognize the extistance of the RST RAID 5 array on the discs and import it?

Thanks in advance
