I recently came across a motherboard in a server-like case at Goodwill the other day. I picked it up thinking it was a server, but now I'm not sure what it is. It has the name Pillar Rock fab3, a Core 2 Duo Mobile, has 2gb of ddr2 (not visible on the board), and has 2 PCIe ports, one for video, and one for power testing. If you could help me identify this, that would be helpful.

Sadly, there will be no BIOS updates available and, considering the shuttering of major portions of the Sefver group, I doubt there are any folks who could help you get it running.

Actually, the board works just fine, so does the CPU. I was just wondering what I happened to come across. It has a Core 2 Duo ES. Thanks!
