Problem in Performance

Hi,

I have intel core i7 processor , when I use my software NX4-6 then proformace of this processor is down I use this processor with intel mother board "DX85SO" . In this software when I was started copying command then performance map shows me usage of processor only 13% , One thing more with out this software performance was 100% and usage of all core. If I use single core for this software then core i7 show me 100% usage of processor I want to use my all core with this software kindly help me intel ???
