R1000GZ server is too noisy

Hi

I have got 2 servers R1000GZ. One of them has too big noise from MB fans...

First server:

System BIOS - 01.02.0005

ME Firmware - 02.01.05.091

BMC Firmware - 01.00.2612

FRUSDR - 0.01

This one is fine. Normal noise.

Second one (seems it's last bios\bmc\fru from intel):

System BIOS - 01.08.0003

ME Firmware - 02.01.07.112

BMC Firmware - 01.17.4207

FRUSDR - 1.09

This one is too noisy...

Is it normal? (the same bios (acoustic\perf) settings)

Apply latest FRU/SDR again to the noisy one. Check if your chassis is proper detected during FRU/SDR update. After the update if it's still noisy, run https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=21003&lang=eng SEL Viewer to check for errors.
