S5000VSA-SATAR keeps locking up

Hello there,

I have been using an S5000VSA-SATAR motherboard for 1 month right now, but it keeps locking up without any particular reason.

System configuration:

2x Intel Xeon E5420 processor

2x Kingston KVR667D2D8F5K2/2G (Total 4GB)

Intel SRCSAS-18E RAID Controller

Windows 2003 Std edition

In the system log and application log is nothing to see, the BIOS log is attached.

The motherboard is running current BIOS / BMC updates.

I hope somebody can help me out here!
