S5520HC Server not booting

[RKorf]

Server was working okay for the past few years, but now it won't boot.

My setup:

S5520HC Server Board - dual xeon

SC5600BRP Chassis

• Status light stays Green Solid
• Network light green

but:

• No power light
• No hard drive light
• No display of any kind
• Fans on high all the time

I have re-set RAM

Reset CMOS

Any gurus there that can help me?
