S5520SC beep code 4. No info in intel docs

I was having a beep code with 4 beeps on bios v28 and v32. Now im getting the same beep code with v38 at post but i get 3 regular beeps and one low pitched beep. Vista 64bit runs properly without any problems I just want to find out whats wrong. The only thing that I could posibly think it could be would be because i had to pull the nidec fan because it would cause all the fans to run full speed when plugged in and replaced it with a antec 120mm fan.

There's some normal beeps during POST, as hardware/USB devices initialize. If the SEL doesn't show any errors, you're probably fine.
