S5650WSNA input voltages

Can the 1 Kw PSU in the S5650WSNA chassis be used in countries where the input voltage is 220?

The specs on the side of the PSU say it can handle 200-240, but do I don't see a switch on the PSU like I do on some other PSUs to switch between 110 and 220. Does it switch automatically?
