SS4200-E password issue

SS4200-E password issue

We recently took over a new client that had an Intel Storage SS4200-E already set up

The outgoing IT company sent us the admin password for it and we were able to access the box

When we edit a users password and change it or if we create a new user we are unable to login in using those credentials

It appears to retain the old passwords

I downloaded the manual over the weekend but that did not give any clues

Anyone have an idea for me?
