Secure boot not showing

Hello, I have a Intel Xeon E-5 2697 and intel X99 motherboard. Im trying to get secure boot to work but I can't it find any where in my BIOS . I disabled CSM and my disk id Partitioned in GPT. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you

Contact the motherboard manufacturer regarding their bios settings.
