Server board S3210SH 0x0000007B error if raid selected in bios

Can not get Server 2003 Ent Edition to install using Raid with S3210SH board. If I turn off the Raid it works just fine. I've downloaded the latest drivers

and supplied them using F6. It takes the drivers and loads them ... but fails when it starts to run Windows for the first time. Error code 0x0000007B.

There are 4 identical SATA drives and one DVD/RW drive. Install runs flawlessly with RAID turned off.
