I need the software FC0010.bio for recovery my bios, motherboard DP965LT.

Are you sure about that?   Bios files for DP965LT start with MQ

It's not the bios but the recover program.

Are you taling about reflashing the bios chip?  If so, intel does not provide the .BIN file. 

 

Sorry, it is time to retire this board.
