Upgrade Pentium III Xenon to a 64 bit processor

Have an old ML750 with 8 Xenon 32 bit processors. Want to plug in upgrade processors to 64 bits so I can use newer MS server OS.

Possible?

Product(8 Slot 2) are installed in old server ML-750.

Contradiction?? "Up to 4-way processing"??
