How do I install Intel Distribution for GDB for Windows/oneAPI base toolkit 2025.2 or earlier?

 I try to select an older version of the base toolkit to be able to debug my iGPU on Windows, but I am unable to get the offlline installer for 2025.2 or earlier. Is it possible to install an earlier version that includes Intel Distribution for GDB for Windows?

I also cannot install the standalone version of Intel Distribution for GDB on Windows anymore.

I need to reactivate all of them for me to continue I use a hauwel metal pad 8 tablet
