I can't build and run a sample vector-add program

I did everything as described on this page, and after the command
Build the program using Make.

cd vector-add
make all

I get this error, I attached a photo
Fedora 35 oneapi base toolkit
What else do i need to download and install?

 1. The Base toolkit version.

 2. The steps you followed in order to download oneAPI Base Toolkit.

It seems like the "cstddef" file is missing from your system, you could try on a system that has that file.
