ICC - change ICC license server from Windows 10 to Linux

Situation:

We have a permanent Intel ICC (C/C++ Compiler) license (our company bought this). Now we need to update OS for license server from Windows 10 Pro → Linux. So that we need to regenerate the license file with the new HostID. That normally requires logging into Intel Registration Center, but we lost the access to our IRC account (both email and password) → we cannot regenerate the license file ourselves.

Please support us solve this problem.

If you need any information about our license, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Hi

Support for older products with licenses using HostID - Flexlm ended in 2020. We can no longer help with issues related to rehosting anymore.

Support for older products pertaining to new license generation for older products or rehosting, installation and download for older products is still available in limited cases for users who have an active Priority Support entitlement, if you or your company has that I would advise you to Submit a support request.

I checked and while you do not seem to have any priority support, we know that your company does, so I would advise you to work with the admin of the licenses you have for oneAPI products or your reseller(XLsoft?) for resolution on this issue by asking them to open a ticket.
