Intel HPC toolkit windows configuration

Hello, 

I'm encountering a problem with the intel compiler (i downloaded the HPC toolkit for windows). It can't manage to build the links on the library <mkl.h>. I don't really know what to do, can anyone give me a hand on this ?

Have you checked the Intel® oneAPI Math Kernel Library Link Line Advisor? If you are still having issues, post on https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-oneAPI-Math-Kernel-Library/bd-p/oneapi-math-kernel-library with more details on the errors you are running into for help.
