I'm looking for the offline installer  for Intel oneAPI base toolkit or HPC toolkit 2024.1 for Windows.
(ex: w_HPCKit_p_2024.1.0.560_offline.exe)

I couldn't find it in the Registration Center, so could you please provide me with a download link?

Older versions of the toolkits are only available if you have paid for support; 2024.1.0 is still available if you have.

If you have not then you can only download the current version.
