how to downgrade license from Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit to Intel Parallel Studio XE version 2013

hi there

We got a new license for Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit ( version 2025) and we would like to downgrade to Intel Parallel Studio XE version 2013 (v2013.4.183).
Can you please provide the steps how this can be done?

Also, we need to get the steps in how to install the new license as well as  how to configure flexlm daemon (hostids and etc).
