oneAPI 2023.2 base toolkit removal failed with code 1618

Dear Intel support team,

I installed VS 2019, and OneAPI 2023.2 on my company laptop.

VS 2029 was installed through Microsoft Company Portal.

OneAPI (both base and hpc) were installed with executables.

The problem was that that OneAPI cannot be integrated into IDE.

First hpc one was removed. The while uninstalling base toolkit, it gave me the message that it failed.

It was suggested to report here. Any comment will be helpful.

I will try further. If issue cannot be resolved, I will ask our IT team to communicate with support though a ticket.
