This error:
intel/packagemanager/1.0/packagemanager: error while loading shared libraries: libQt6Core5Compat.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
occurs for bot the base and HPC 2025.3.1 toolkits, and the earlier hpc kits are not available. It occurs with and without cli installation, and even with h--ignore-errors:
~/intel$ sh ./intel-oneapi-base-toolkit-2025.3.1.36_offline.sh -a --silent --cli --eula accept --ignore-errors

This was a bogus error message. When I installed into fresh directories it worked fine. Claude.ai helped me figure this out.
