I'm facing the same issue as the first one from
https://community.intel.com/t5/oneAPI-Registration-Download/Multiple-installation-issues-with-OneAPI-and-aikit-toolkit/m-p/1507299. Alas, that thread discussed only a second other issue and seems now closed, so i open a new one:
Since quite some time, apt update && apt upgrade proposes that three (generic/non-versioned) one-api-compiler can be upgraded.
The following packages will be upgraded:
intel-oneapi-compiler-cpp-eclipse-cfg (2023.2.1-16 => 2023.2.1-16)
intel-oneapi-compiler-dpcpp-cpp (2023.2.1-16 => 2023.2.1-16)
intel-oneapi-compiler-dpcpp-eclipse-cfg (2023.2.1-16 => 2023.2.1-16)
3 upgraded, 0 newly installed and 0 to remove.
Alas, while the upgrade seems to work (no error is reported and the packages seemed installed), running apt upgrade again (with or without apt update) proposes again the same three packages to be (re-)installed. Seems something is wrong in installer or meta-data in these packages?
BTW: i had also tried to purge these three packages and re-install them "from scratch". Alas same behavior as before ..
