BLAS and LAPACK on XScale

MKL doesn't support XScale, and IPP vector and matrix math isn't implemented on XScale. Does Intel have an opitmized BLAS for the XScale architecture? If not, are there any 3rd party optimized BLAS for the XScale? Particularly I'm interested in the PXA270.
