Can someone confirm if this is allowed, and where it's stated?
We may be licensing our productto another company which will resell it to their customers. The other company won't be compiling anything with MKL, and will only include our product with theirs.
It seems like this is "redistributing" so it should be fine, but I'd like to be sure.
Our poduct is a compiled application, including an mkl dll listed in redist.txt. It "adds significant primary functionality different from that of the Redistributables".
