According to release notes there is a 32bit version which can be downloaded separately. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/intel-oneapi-toolkit-releas...mostbet-turkey.net/indir-ios-android/
But the installer https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/release-notes/intel-oneapi-toolkit-releas.... produces only x64 dlls "C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\mkl\latest\redist\intel64".
I need to download oneAPI 32bit oneMKL library for Windows.

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
We deeply regret the inconvenience caused.
Please find the below link to download 32bit MKL for windows.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit-download.html
After selecting the required options (OS, distribution, installer type) it will display the information of what is included in Base toolkit, and scrolling a bit down, you can see that there is an option to get "Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit for Windows (32 bit)" which includes 32-bit MKL and IPP packages.
Please find the below screenshot for more details.
Hope it helps in resolving the issue.
Please get back to us if you face any issues.
Regards,
Vidya.
