Do we have a Integral function over an infinite or semi-infinite interval in MKL? the same think like DQDAGI in IMSL?

If by "integral function" you mean routines to do numerical quadrature, you can download the source code of QUADPACK from Netlib. See also http://nines.cs.kuleuven.be/software/QUADPACK/ .
