The old versions of oneAPI toolkits are available in Intel Registration Center with priority support.

HI Fengrui,
Thank you for your response. Who is the POC of the priority support in the JP Morgan Chase for this matter ?
Or, can I directly access JPM chase priority support account?
best wishes,
Sunwoo

In terms of Linux version,
my support request case has been closed. So, I cannot find the HPC linux version.
Here is the base linux version, though.

I don't know if I'm a little late to this conversation, but if anyone needs it, I have the offline Linux Base version and HPC 2023.2.

Check Intel's Previous Releases page for the oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.2 offline installer. If it's not listed, open a support ticket—Intel can usually provide the direct download link

You should be able to download the oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.2 offline installer from Intel's archived downloads or the Intel Registration Center if you have access. If it's no longer listed on the main download page, I'd recommend contacting Intel Support—they can often provide a direct link or advise how to obtain older offline installers.
