The old versions of oneAPI toolkits are available in Intel Registration Center with priority support.

Thank you for your response.  Who is the POC of the priority support in the JP Morgan Chase  for this matter ?

Or, can I directly access JPM chase priority support account?

In terms of Linux version,

my support request case has been closed. So, I cannot find the HPC linux version.

Here is the base linux version, though.
