just in the case is someone doesn't aware of this resource - here is the link to the Intel Performance Library page where you may download our libraries for free: https://software.intel.com/en-us/performance-libraries

There is no MKL version selection on Intel Performance Library page. 

Where can I find version MKL for OSX 10.13.6?

Do I have to renew the licence to download an old version? I have logged into Intel Registration Center with the expired license and see only the new versions (2018-2020) available for download.
