Hello,
I have a problem with installing the mkl 11.3 on Ubuntu 15.04. The installation stops at 32% and gives the following error message:
MKL_RT_X64 ERROR: Unable to extract data from RPM package. Please check that temporary directory is not full.
I've run it as root.

thanks for the report. I am not exactly aware if this is the real problem for MKL because of the 15 version is not officially supported. Please have a look at the System Requirements for 11.3
Supported operating systems
- .........................
- Debian* 7 (IA-32 / Intel® 64)
- Ubuntu* 12.04 (Intel® 64)
- Ubuntu* 13.10 (IA-32 / Intel® 64)
- Ubuntu* 14.04 LTS (IA-32/Intel® 64)
nevertheless, we will ask to see at the problem one of our Install guru.

Hello!
Thank you for your report. Could you please check actual free space in /tmp? For successful installation it needs about 300M at least. Is it possible that some other applications use temporary directory intensively during the installation?
Best regards, Evgeny

There should be enough room in the /tmp folder.
It's a fresh installation of ubuntu 15.04 with RAID 0 configuration.
No other application is using the /tmp intensively.

Could you please check md5 sum of the archive l_mkl_11.3.0.109.tgz and the file rpm/intel-mkl-109-11.3.0-109.x86_64.rpm?
It should be:

intel-mkl-109-11.3.0-109.x86_64.rpm 6ece1fc38dcc2b934a589b07b0b92486
