I heard about the tool here on the community forums whilst researching another issue I was having.

You will find the posts by searching for "+FFT +site +advisor"

Meanwhile I am informed that support for the tool is discontinued.

Yes, you are right. The support for the FFT length and layout advisor (not a tool) is discontinued as it is not a part of the official product.
