Fast Hankel transform

Are there anyplans to implement Fast Hankel transform in intel MKL? ...When?

we have no plans at this time to add Fast Hankel transform This is something we could consider adding if there was sufficient justification (for example, multiple customer requests for complex type support). So, Id recommend you submit the issue against MKL to Premier support( https://premier.intel.com/ )
