I've installed pardiso using offline installer. I got the following error when I tried to link the lmkl_blacs_mpi_ilp64 for custer pardiso.
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmkl_blacs_mpi_ilp64: No such file or directory

Could you please confirm whether you are getting the error while installing or running any sample MKL code so that we could reproduce the issue and check further?
On our end, we tried using the same command and we were able to install it without any error. We are also able to run the sample codes. Please find the below for more details:
