In MKL version 2019 update 2 notes have been mentioned there was security updates as well, where I can find more detail regarding this security updates?

regard to mkl - there were some security vulnerability with installer which were fixed in 2019 u2 version.

Is it means the security vulnerability is in 2019 MKL installer?  But not the old version of MKL that we running in the system, so we don't need to update to the latest version as per security perspective.
