Intel processor designed for FFT

Hello,
Has Intel ever considered to:

Develop processors especially designed for FAST floating point computations (like FFT); (I think it's done already)
Put them on PCI bord together with plenty of memory (> 24GB) so that, there would be no restrictions toallocate large arrays (>8 GB);
Adapt MKL software for this bord;
And sell it !
